My not yet 3 year old Dell laptop has sent me the following message: “Battery reaching end of usable life.” In fact, it is charging fine –up to 100% — but without being connected, the charge does not last. (Up until last week, the charge used to hold for approx. 3 hours).
Question 1: Do you sell laptop batteries?
Question 2: Do you have a battery compatible with Dell’s Inspiron 1545, PP41L?
Question 3: If you do carry the battery, how much is it?
Question 4: Is the battery the same size as Dell’s? (I went on Amazon and realized that while I can get a 9 to 11 cell better battery, it will not fit well into the back slot). So, size is important. PS. I have no idea how many cells is Dell’s battery.
